With offices in La Cala de Mijas, Spanish Property Locators is owned and managed by, Anne and Alfonso. Anne is British and is a fluent Spanish speaker and qualified college lecturer. She first came to Spain to live in 1978. Alfonso is Spanish and has extensive tourism and real estate background. Their own experience when searching for property highlighted a gap in the market and the need for a more personalised service for overseas buyers.
